Constructed from angle, tube and mesh sheets, these shelves provide for the storage of both palletised goods and individual items, whilst still allowing the passage of light and ventilation. Fire authorities recommend mesh shelving where a sprinkler system is fitted because it allows such systems to operate with full effectiveness.

Shelves are designed and manufactured to suit customers’ individual pallet racking sizes. They can be easily installed and relocated as necessary, and have been tested to take loads up to 1000kg UDL.

Our crash barriers consist of steel rails, bolted to support posts mounted on baseplates, and are designed to protect machinery, racking, shelving and partitioning from damage by pallet and forklift trucks, trolleys etc, in factories and warehouses.

Heavy Duty or Standard Duty versions are available.

Designed as a mesh screen to clad pallet racking and increase safety while handling pallets and palletised items. Panels are constructed from cold rolled angle, cold rolled T-bar into which mesh sheets are spot welded to give added strength and resistance to impact.

They are manufactured to suit the racking bay centres, so eliminating the need to cut and fabricate panels on site. They are bolted together for added strength and rigidity. Triangular shaped stand-off brackets, which act as spacers between the racking and the mesh panels can be made to suit customers' requirements. The intermediate brackets can be reversed so that they do not interfere with the racking beams.

Every installation is manufactured to fit each individual site, thus ensuring easy and fast installation time.
